I request you to consider my proposal to be raise that under present circumstances when terrorism and crimes needs most active attention, at least 10% Military force, 20% Para military force and 30% all other allied forces like PAC, INDUDTRIAL FORCES, RAF, etc. must regularly be posted at important places of public activities instead of keeping them in lines until the incident take place.
I may be wrong in quoting the percentage but at least one thing is sure that it will change the scenario, as there is acute shortage of local police forces everywhere in the country and sufficient force is sitting in lines. If you feel the proposal is considerable please raise it in your way.
